1. Services Provided
Church Tech Support provides computer assistance, troubleshooting, and technology assistance. All services are performed by Seth Novak, sole proprietor.
2. Service Limitations
While I strive to resolve all technical issues, some problems may be outside my ability to fix (e.g., irreparable hardware damage). If I am unable to fix or resolve an issue, you will not be charged for that service. Although I take precautions to protect client data, I am not responsible for any data loss. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files before service.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. I accept payment by cash, check, credit & debit card, ACH transfer and Venmo.
4. Liability Disclaimer
My services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. I am not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from services performed.
